Regnier Valdez Wins Regional Silver Quill
Award for PR Achievement
Regnier Valdez has been awarded a Silver Quill Award from the International
Association of Business Communicators (IABC) for its outstanding media relations
effort for Vidacare Corporation.
The award specifically honors RV’s efforts targeting Vidacare’s Haiti Mission.
In December of 2010, Vidacare’s founder traveled to Haiti to deliver donated
life-saving technology to battle the cholera epidemic, and RV successfully
leveraged the donation into corporate and product awareness using media relations.
The Silver Quill award competition judges the best marketing, communication,
public relations and design work in IABC’s Southern Region, which includes
4 countries and 14 US states.
